[PRCo] another Daria

When did Charlie Shauck retire as head of power and inclines department, Herb?   They used to have an office on the northside … P&I was on the first floor, track department was on the second floor … was on Sandusky St.

As long as it was Pittsburgh Railways, Shauck was a very dedicated man and he made sure his help behaved the same way.   But I think he lost a lot of interest about the time PAT came in.   My suspicion is that he would have been 65 about 1970-1972.   

In other words, I am questioning when did they quit worrying about maintaining Nachod contactors?   Or was it an issue of parts availability?
