Gary S and list:   Flirting with the hereafter, is challanging.  Like
running a gantlet track in the hope that nothing is coming from the
other end.                        

But, seriously.... speeding through the two overhead wires is,
challangig, death.  I suspect that the main reason that you are still
alive is because your vehicle had rubber tires, therefore you were
insulated from the overhead electrical charge that measured 600 volts.
That is enough to do you in. if you were grounded.                     

Had there been some iron trailing from your automobile... BOOM and very
likely a fire would have ignited and engulfed your vehicle.                                             

On the other hand, the 600 volts, perhaps, ..... would simply burn off
your aerial.        

My best advice is:  don't tempt fate.           

It is nice to hear from you though.
