But C D Palmer wasn't the top brass in the period when the new PCCs or
newly converted high speed cars were put out in Mount Lebanon! Palmer
was promoted from Commercial Manager to the #1 slot when Fitzgerald
retired about 1950.

C.D. Palmer lived about three houses away from my uncle in Mt. Lebanon.
My uncle lived on Mayfair Drive, south of the loop on Washington Road. I
am not sure if Mr. Palmer's residence was on Mayfair or the street
intersecting it near my uncle's house. Ken J.
