West View PRW

All of this discussion about amusement parks and in particular, West View, has
been good reading.  Thanks to all!

The discussions prompted me to recall reading somewhere that PRC was actually
stuck with the removal of Keating trackage as well as the rights-of-way after
the closure of Routes 10/15/11.   I know that PAT took over more than a year
before this, so that always seemed strange to me.

Perhaps PAT leased the trackage from PRC until the route closures?   Or am I
incorrect about the whole issue?    Seeing as how PRC refused to do anything
about the West End lines' trackage/overhead removal, I don't see that they'd
care one way or the other about West View.....
