Greetings
I dont remember any involvement of PRC. The 10-15 was acquired by PAT and
abandonment would be the same as on lines to Mckeesport, Wilmerding, etc. PAT I
believe made different arrangements with the City, the County and other
municipalities. PRC was correctly obligated to pay for abandonments before
takeover by PAT in accordance with the PaPUC Abandonment order.
PAT was not under PaPUC control.
