Hershey cars were not brown.  They were green with white trim.

No, West Penn cars were not orange ----- originally.  Green until grade 
crossing accident in teens.  (note sure of details)  Orange was a later 
change to improve visibility.  (Need Ed L. to verify/correct my frail 
memory.)
