Greetings!
Yes - most of our sources date from 1950 - but whoever researched for
those reports may have found better material and I would suspect that
had they know that *portions* of Wash--Char were former PS prw, it would
have been mentioned.
In some of the historical records which you have researched and typed
into the mail list are summaries of construction of the two lines,
mostly Charleroi as I remember. You were quoting sources from about
1910--1925 and they did not indicate anything concerning portions of
Wash--Char using former PS prw.
