	When I hear information such as this, I personally  *White--Flag*  it and
accept it as  *Information--ONLY*  until it is confirmed or denied.   Exposing
it to this list, as I said - sophisticated--list  --  I was hoping that it could
be confirmed or denied without receiving flack for it.   I Never indicated that
I accepted or believed this information - just wanted an orderly fashion to
either confirm or deny.

	Who is to say that all the information was recorded at SLC or anywhere for that
matter??   We often hear about how PRCo was very business minded and prudent yet
they were in bankruptcy at least twice, maybe three times!!!
