Greetings!

	Much of this was in  *Trolley Fare*  --  the bi-monthly publication of
PTM.
	PTM  DID  want 1713 for  *at--least*  two reasons:  1)--1713 was 
*supposedly*  in better condition and 2)--1713 was in the Charleroi barn
as WP-832 was moved there or moved to Ingram for storage before the run
to County Home on 07--Feb--1954!
	Believe it was ({[pat]}) who prevented PTM from getting 1713!
