[PRCo] Re: WEST END LINES

Were I running PRC at the time I would have welcomed the opportunity.  From
my point of view as a photographer, however, I would have kept them.
However, sentimentality aside (the west end was my first glimpse of PRC
lines about 1950, as a 10 year old in the back of the family auto, coming in
from Wheeling ,VW pre-Interstate) let's face it, they were big losers.  Some
of my favorite views in my photo files are the FWS 1958 gems from his foray
into the west end.
