I have a complete archive I've kept of this list since day 1; I should
really get off my butt and get it up on a web page. Sadly it means I need
to choose between doing a lot of work, or switching mailing list managers
again (which is easy but means sacrificing extensibility in exchange for
plenty of features up-front).
