	Throw in Chinese, Korean, Japasnese, Thai, Mid-East, etc., etc.,

but I Must Choose English!

	DEFINITELY   SAN   FRANCISCO.    Have said this for well  OVER 
a decade.    Right turns from left side - left turns from right
side - U-Turns in business district, U-Turns to get a parking
spot, U-Turns Leaving a Parking Spot  --  AND  ALL  THIS  IN 
THE  MIDDLE  OF  YUPPIE--COUNTRY,  UP--SCALE  WHITES!   
ARROGANCE   in driving.

	Partly a sign of the times as well.    If economy worsens, these
trends will dampen.
