    Fayette, Greene, Armstrong, Jefferson---  Southwestern West
Virginia---Eastern Kentucky---the list can go on. I have used a name I heard
long ago for where I live:
Pennsyltucky
    I saddens me when I see my students wear the same clothes all week long
and wait to see the school nurse for injuries because their parents are not
able to cope emotionally or financially.
    The one plus side is the Clinton economic boom of the late '90's never
hit here, so the crash did not alter many lifestyles.  When there has been
no work, no work can cease.
    Armstrong is one of 2 counties in PA without a community college.
