I noticed,too late,someone mentioned 2nd st. was concrete. I remember riding a PCC down this street at night coming from someplace,and the car literally flew down this steet as there was little traffic and no traffic lights. It was an entrance street to down town but cannot remember what route it was (dating to 1959)  Maybe #56 from Homestead ?cheers rogertrolley
