There was an interim period when Steve was out of the picture ... I think Ted Sanchagrin (or something like that) was in the middle. I believe Steve was there when the rag was merged into Railfan on the death of its editor. I can't check because that was one of the magazines that I didn't bother to keep. Bob Rathke wrote:
