The St. Louis Car order books showed 65 cars and not 100 cars, Ed.    
However, what I had there was a computer printout of data that Harold  
Cox entered and not the original book so I cannot tell if it was  
altered.   But I suspect that you were correct that that the WPB  
authorized the order first.   At least that is what I had been told.
