Mr.Swindler;

Clearing out my mailboxes and found this one;
my apologies for being so late in responding.

I stumbled across this 'news' by accident; I was not looking for such articles.
Adams is literally in the 'sticks' isn't it thus the media is not going to make
in depth reports unless it sees '$$$' and // or sensationalism and thus
attention for its services. If this 17.5% unemployment were in Philadelphia
Podunk Iowa would not hear the end of it would they.

When one visits the doctor for an 'apparent' infection which would 'possibly' need
antibiotics the doctor will perform a number of procedures which may seem
totally useless but are part of the overall picture -- pulse, blood pressure, etc.

News does not carry the urgency of health does it so getting the 'pulse' of a location --
'17.5% unemployment "unprecedented"' may be all that is forthcoming. The
unemployed only care that they are out of work and want a job. If we get more
information - fine - but this endless slicing and dicing everything that comes across
the desk can be making a problem where one doesn't exist.

Phil
