Very interesting commentary on a ay of life before the automobile.    
I guess the next thing we would want to know is when the roads were  
paved from Philadelphia up to Glenside in Montgomery County ... my  
instincts suggest not before about 1918.

That guaranteed annual return to PRT would equate to about a quarter  
of a million dollars today.   That's a lot of funerals.
