Every time this film appeared before, it would be deleted from YouTube for copyright violation.   Now the London Transport Museum has put it out themselves.

This is a very dark version and you might want to set the brilliance of your monitor to the max.   But it was professionally done and is one of the finest London Transport videos available.   Best approach might be to buy a DVD from the London Transport Museum (I have it on a VHS tape from them).   

It was done in 1952 to document the last week of trams in the south of London.   Great job.  Color would be nice but perhaps it's even better in black and white because you can concentrate on the drama instead of the color.
