Struggling to remember some PRC roster details - were there not 10 double end cars speeded up and assigned to Glenwood to work 56B, which terminated Evans Ave. in McKeesport?? 4399 would be one of them. Upper left background - the two highway structures - lower one is Brady St. Bridge to Forbes Ave.; upper one is Blvd. of Allies outbound lane???
