Mr.Long,

This is number of cars per hour isn't it and may be the rush
hours only.  In 1910 the Washington line thru to Pittsburgh
is just a year old isn't it.  Hourly headway vs. 30-minute
headway for Charleroi.  That reads better doesn't it.
