The other terminal was in the Tenth Ward of McKeesport. This was the stub
end of the old routing of Rt. 56 before the new Dravosburg bridge was
opened. As I said, it only lasted about 6 months, so understandable that
many may not even know of its existence.
56A was just a cutback of 56 with no independent trackage, unless you count
the Lincoln Place loop as such!
There is another track map which is an indispensable aid in studying PRC
routes--it was put out by ERA around 1947 or 49. It has some detail that
the PRMA version does not.
