That track on Liberty/12th/Penn/11th was still operational. I did operate a
PTM (PRMA?) fantrip around that loop one time. I believe Ed was on that
trip.
PATransit wanted to use the tracks on Ross and Forbes to show the city
government that the tracks had a use. The city wanted those tracks removed.
