[PRCo] Heavy Rain and Flooding

Heavy rain fell all night and morning causing flooding throughout the city
and boroughs. Attached are two photos from along the Library Road trolley
right of way. Where I live on Brownsville Road has been bumper to bumper
traffic, both directions, all day do to Saw Mill Run Blvd being closed
because of high water.
