Ed

My computer or my internet service did not like either of those references.

My understanding is that cranberries were actually grown in the area. But I
don't have any first-hand knowledge of that history. Maybe the township has
a website that would prove to be enlightening?

  Ed, Derrick

  Question related to this discussion.

How did this area come to be known as Cranberry? In my day in the area it
  was called Warrendale.

  What changed? And why?

who pays, and how do you get south of McKnight Road?
Center of the freeway works most of the way, but the subway connection would
  be circuitous.

While today, a fast rail route to at least Cranberry would be fantastic.
