[PRCo] Signal styles

While I¹m not sure just why they are different, I can hazard a guess. The
Beechview (Red)Line opened in 1987 and the the Blue line opened in 2002.
That¹s abut 15 years difference and both the available technology and the
Bidders changed during that period. PAT wrote their specs and the bidders
placed bids based on what was available at the time. I don¹t think there
is anything historical involved here.PAT just wanted a product at the low
bid, as required by law.
