[PRCo] Signal styles

[James Keener]

The red and blue lines seem to have a majority of the upsidedown traffic signal style. The semaphore-lights-in-a-traffic-signal-body seem interspersed through. One driver called the later "international style" bit I wasn't able to find more info.
