[PRCo] Signal styles

I visited Portland and Seattle last month (also southeastern PA, but not
Philly) and saw a large number of those international signals. Found myself
in the position of explaining them while standing on a corner in Portland,
in fact. Seattle's LINK now goes to the airport, by the way, and they have
a streetcar as well which was giving free rides on the weekend I was there.
As an aside, hello from Somerville, Massachusetts, where I live as of 2
days ago.
