[PRCo] Signal styles

Montreal has some otherwise-ordinary traffic signals with a vertical
bar added. These allow buses to "jump the light" by giving them a
couple of seconds before other traffic starts.

This one is on av. du Parc at Léo-Pariseau, where the vertical bar is
especially useful because the bus lane becomes a parking lane, and the
buses would otherwise get stuck trying to merge.

There are some explanatory signs in French ("Priority signal bus taxis
/ Right lane only") but the key is that the red lights stay on during
the advance phase.
