But PRR DID use Cleveland Union Depot, and was the last carrier to do so.
You left out SHRT at Terminal Tower.
Don’t think the Wheeling ever used the Tower, and Erie (and I think B&O as well) was a latecomer to it.

Ah, but the Pennsy did not use Cleveland Union Terminal …. it had its own station. CUT was used by B&O, NYC. NKP, Erie, perhaps I forgot something … but not PRR.
