And meanwhile Jedlika has had several buildings erected to house (presumably) the more important members of his “fleet.” The Redbird has been under roof for ages (but with no protection on the sides).

And ORM, which HAD a carbarn, tore it down.  Their “fleet” resides under tarps.

The chances of any streetcar "surviving" Ron Jedlika's outdoor storage is
Slim to none. Slim left town. NORM has been planning to start operating
their streetcars since I was in high school. The place where they "store"
their cars is also outdoors. Cars which they received in relatively good
condition several decades ago are now rusty hulks. The one PRCo/PAT PCC
they had looked real good when I saw it in 1993. The last time I saw it was
2009 and it looked like the exterior of the USX (UPMC) (nee United States
Steel) Building in downtown Pittsburgh. It was all rusted steel with very
little paint remaining. If NORM waits much longer they won't have any cars
to run.
